About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Attending inbound & marketing outbound calls to the leads generated through various marketing activities.
2. Analyzing prospect’s requirements and proposing the best possible solution, should possess negotiation skills.
3. Providing necessary project details over call and email.
4. Work with the Sales Account Manager to establish specific account plans and strategies.
5. Support Sales Account Manager in preparing and delivering business presentations and demonstrations.
6. Standard pre-sales metrics like following minimum 4 virtual presents a day, reports & processes to be maintained.
7. Managing database of leads allocation and achieving high sales conversions.
8. Doing regular follow up with customers.
9. Updating and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports.



1. 1 to 2 years experience in presales/ business development of SAAS or IT service sales.

2. Highly presentable with good written & communication skills.

3. MBA.
